Why did Jesus blood have to be shed?
Jesus' blood had to be shed because it was essential for our redemption and our salvation in the eyesight of God the Father. The Holy Scriptures say "without the shedding of Christ's blood there is no remission (there is no forgiveness of sins"). So once again I say unto you people of the world, his (Christ) blood had to be shed for our redemption and our salvation. It was the only way for us to be saved and for us to be accepted by God the Father. When anyone sins, there is a sacrifice that is due to God our Creator, it is due for our rebellion, disobedience and wickedness against him. People of the world Jesus is the Lamb of God who is our sacrifice. He (Jesus) takes away our sins and cleanses us before a holy and perfect God (John 1:29-36). God the Father has testified and declared that he will accept all those who believe and put their trust in the sacrifice of Jesus his Son and what he did for us on the cross.
Jesus' shed blood and ultimately his death was the payment that God the Father required of Jesus for the sins of humanity to be forgiven. Jesus willingly and graciously accepted God the Father's request and requirement and he accepted to shed his perfect blood on the cross and ultimately to die for humanity. He did this to redeem us because he loved us this much. Now God the Father has testified that anyone and everyone who puts their faith in his Son Jesus will have eternal life (1 John 5:11-13). And all their sins will be forgiven because they put their trust in Jesus who is the Savior of the world. Those who put their faith in Jesus will never be condemned for their sins, but they have already passed from death into life. Jesus promised this in (John 5:24). This is because he (Jesus) is the atoning sacrifice for our sins
(1 John 2:22). And he (Jesus) leads us to the way everlasting, he leads us to God the Father through faith in him (John 14:6).
Here below are just a few of these proven Scriptures.
